The Civil Process Unit is responsible for the service and enforcement of all types of civil processes within Hardee County. These judicial process documents originate from the courts, governmental agencies and private attorneys throughout the state of Florida and include:
  • Summonses, Complaints and Subpoenas
  • Injunctions for Protection
  • Baker Acts
  • Marchmans
  • Writs of Possession
  • Writs of Replevin
  • Writs of Garnishment
  • Writs of Attachment
The Civil Process Unit also enforces levies and conducts sheriff's sales to aid in the collection of money judgments. Additionally, the Civil Process Unit oversees the Bailiff / Court Security Section and assists with special events, large court dockets, trials and personnel shortages.

You can also mail your documents with the service fee (money order) to the Hardee County Sheriff's Office, Civil Division, 900 East Summit Street, Wauchula, FL 33873.
