WARRANTS

  The Hardee County Sheriff's Office Records and Warrants Division is a consolidated function; its purpose is to render a more efficient and likewise, a better service to the Citizens of Hardee County.  The Criminal Warrants section's primary  responsibilities are the receiving and the entering of warrants into the FCIC/NCIC criminal databases, along with the serving of arrest orders throughout Hardee County as well as those from other jurisdictions.

  The Records Section assists citizens in various matters, such as : assisting with criminal record checks, taking walk-in complaints and requests for officer, as well as routing incoming telephone calls and receptionist duties.  As a consolidated function, the Warrants and Record section personnel function in unison and supplement each other as the need arises.
