    The Hardee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home invasion, robbery and sexual battery. The incident occurred on March 15, 2007 just before 3:00 a.m. in the Wauchula Hills area of Hardee County. An unidentified assailant broke into the victim’s residence, committed sexual battery and stole money from the victim’s purse. The victim is a w/f in her seventies. She was checked and released at Florida Hospital in Wauchula.

1)      YOUNG HISPANIC MALE

2)      LATE TEENS TO EARLY TWENTIES

3)      5’0” TO 5’3”

4)      130 –140 LBS

5)      SHORT BLACK HAIR (1/2 INCH TO 1 INCH LONG ON THE NECK

6)      BROWN EYES

7)      BLACK/ DARK BLUE SLEEVELESS T-SHIRT

8)      DINGY WHITE HAT/CAP, WITH A CURVED BILL, FRAYED EDGES ON THE BILL, WITH POSSIBLE FRATERNITY (GREEK) SYMBOLS MAROON OR RED IN COLOR ON THE CAP.

9)      BLUE JEANS

10)  CLEAN SHAVEN

11)  MUSCULAR ARMS

12)  MEDIUM SKIN TONE (NOT LIGHT- NOT DARK)
