Crime Lab

  The forensic crime lab is used in tandem with the mobile crime scene unit and officers to analyze and process evidence collected at a crime scene.  Utilized by trained personnel with the primary focus on locating and developing latent prints, state-of-the-art equipment such as alternate light source, superglue vacuum chamber, ninhydrin heat chamber, optical comparator, and still photography are used to process crucial evidence.

  Evidence technicians are often called upon to locate and document trace evidence such as hair, blood, fibers, and bodily fluids to be processed and preserved.
