Civil Process Division

  The Civil Process Division is responsible for the service and enforcement of all types of civil process within Hardee County.  These judicial process documents originate from the courts, governmental agencies and private attorneys in Florida and throughout the United States and include:

  The Civil Division also enforces levies and conducts Sheriff's sales to aid in the collection of money judgments.  Additionally, the Civil Division oversees the Bailiff/Court Security section and assists with special events, large court dockets, trials and personnel shortages.

  For information about having your documents served, call the Civil Division at 863-773-0304 (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm) or visit the division's public window during regular business hours in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office.  You can also mail your documents with the service fee (money order) to the Hardee County Sheriff's Office, Civil Division, 900 E. Summit Street, Wauchula, Fl  33873.
