Approved Registered Visitors are required to notify the Hardee County Sheriff’s Detention Division Control Room at  (863) 767-9042 a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance to schedule an available “Inmate Visitation Time”.

Detention Facility Control Room Operators will verify that you are an “Approved Visitor” and schedule your requested inmate visitation time.

“Approved Registered Visitors” with scheduled times are required to report to the Hardee County Sheriff’s Office Detention Division Control Room Operator fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled visitation time to be processed for inmate visitation.

Approved Registered Visitors with scheduled times who do not check in fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled visitation time will not be allowed to visit.
