Can I bring an individual incarcerated in the Detention Facility undergarments or other personal comfort items from home?
No, the Detention Facility does not accept any items for inmates via the mail or through the Control Room.
Inmates are afforded the opportunity to purchase those items that he or she feels they may need for their individual personal comfort through the “Inmate Commissary”.
Can I retrieve or pick-up property an individual was arrested with?
Yes, the individual incarcerated will need to complete an “Inmate Property Release Form” identifying the specific items he or she wants released and to whom the property is to be released to, forwarding the “Inmate Property Release Form” to the Shift Supervisor.
Individuals picking up the authorized released property are required to provide photo identification before the property will be released.
