The Hardee County Detention Facility’s Food Service Department is contracted out to Eagle Food Services. Eagle Food Services staffs and operates the Facility’s Food Service Department with one full-time Certified Food Services Director and four (3) full-time cooks.

Eagle provides three (3) meals a day to the entire Facility, one of which is a hot meal.

Eagle Food Services operates off of an approved menu by a certified State of Florida dietitian.
